Starting from the valve purchase order issued by the customer, the system automatically generates the supporting BOM（bill of materials）, synchronously checks the inventory of stainless steel, nodular cast iron and seals in the warehouse, and automatically generates the purchase demand to avoid the capital waste caused by blind stock. No handwritten process card is required for workshop production. Workers report each process through PDA scanning code, and all data of heat treatment, precision machining and hydraulic pressure test are automatically archived. If the customer needs to trace a certain batch of valves, just input the product serial number to call up the complete set of data of raw material batch, processing equipment, quality inspection personnel and delivery time.
Different from common purchase, sales and stock software, our ERP deeply integrates production execution and quality control, and the system automatically counts the cause of defective products and material loss rate, gives prompts for production energy optimization, and helps the factory to continuously improve the yield.
