500X pressure relief/holding valve is widely used in high-rise buildings, residential areas and urban water supply network systems. The valve is controlled by hydraulic force, without external power supply, and can automatically complete pressure relief and pressure holding. Equipment structure includes main valve, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro-filter and pressure gauge, function integration and simple maintenance. Correct commissioning is the key to ensure stable pressure of pipe network and avoid overpressure failure.

500X pressure relief and holding valve has the multi-purpose characteristics of one valve, which can stabilize the pipeline pressure, protect the back-end pipe network and water supply equipment, and is applicable to civil water supply and municipal water conservancy projects.

Upon completion of valve installation, perform commissioning according to the following standard steps: close the inlet and outlet gate valves of the pipeline. First, tighten the needle valve clockwise and fully open the pilot valve counterclockwise. Second, open the inlet gate valve and rotate the needle valve counterclockwise for one and a half turns. Third, gradually adjust the pilot valve clockwise, stay 30 seconds for each turn, and observe the status of the tail pipe. Keep fine-tuning until there is no water or exhaust sound at the tail end, lock the fixing bolts and complete the commissioning.
