200X Pressure reducing valve is mostly used in water supply and drainage and water conservancy pipeline system, with the core function of pressure reduction and stabilization. The valve shall be installed horizontally, and standard commissioning is the key to guarantee the pressure stabilization effect.

200X Pressure reducing valve relies on automatic regulation of downstream pressure to balance pipeline pressure. It is applicable to municipal water supply, fire fighting, industrial water treatment and other situations, and can avoid pipeline damage and equipment failure caused by high pressure.

Standard commissioning steps: after installation of pipes and valves, close the inlet and outlet gate valves. First, close the needle valve clockwise and fully open the pilot valve counterclockwise. Second, open the inlet gate valve and rotate the needle valve counterclockwise for one and a half circles; Open the tail gate valve for pressure relief when the values of inlet and outlet pressure gauges are the same, and close the outlet after the pressure returns to zero. Third, adjust the pilot valve clockwise one by one and keep it for 30 seconds after each rotation. Continue to fine tune after the pressure becomes stable until the set pressure is reached. Finally, lock the fixing bolts and complete the commissioning.
