Packing quality of outlet gate valve directly affects cargo transportation safety and customs clearance efficiency. In order to adapt to international export standards by sea and air, our gate valves are packed in a standardized export packing process, which is dust-proof, anti-collision and compliant in the whole process, so as to ensure the intact delivery of products and avoid the risk of customs inspection.

All gate valves are shipped in fumigation-free export wooden boxes, meeting the import customs clearance standards of many countries, effectively avoiding the delay of customs inspection and improving the efficiency of export customs clearance. At the early stage of packing, a single gate valve shall be sleeved into a dust bag independently to isolate dust and impurities during transportation and keep the appearance of the valve body clean.

Layered anti-collision process is adopted for packing. When valves are put into wooden boxes, isolation baffles shall be installed between equipment to prevent collision and abrasion caused by transportation jolt. When the valves are placed in multiple layers, baffles are also set between each layer of valves to fully protect the valve body, sealing surface and accessories from damage. Close the box cover, reinforce the box, paste the export shipping mark and identification uniformly after the box is filled, and arrange the delivery after the inspection.

Standardized export packaging process can effectively guarantee the integrity rate of gate valve transportation, take product protection and customs compliance into consideration, meet the transportation requirements of large batches and various types of valves for foreign trade export, and provide stable and reliable supply experience for overseas customers.
