The valve body is made of high-grade ductile iron, the weight is reduced by about 20%~30% compared with the traditional gate valve, easy to install and maintain. The valve flap adopts high quality rubber for the whole internal and external rubber coating, Europe’s first-class rubber vulcanisation technology makes the valve after vulcanisation to ensure the precise geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron valve flap followed by a firm, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory. The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin, which can prevent corrosion and rust of the valve body and can be used in sewage system.

1. Ductile iron valve body.

Part V: Valve Applications
Applicable scenes:
1. the place where the installation space is narrower, because in the process of opening and closing, the height of the valve stem rising is smaller, and will not occupy too much vertical space.
2. the external environment is relatively harsh, such as the presence of more corrosive media or dust conditions, can better protect the valve stem from erosion and damage.
3. can be widely used in tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical food, medicine, textile, electric power and other fluid pipelines.
