Stainless steel gate valve manufacturing process generally includes the following steps:

First, material preparation: select stainless steel as the main material, in accordance with the required chemical composition and mechanical properties required to select different grades of stainless steel materials, and further processing.

Second, the valve body processing: after forging, casting, welding and a series of processes to process the valve body of the stainless steel gate valve. Welding process generally use argon arc welding or plasma welding.

Third, the valve assembly: the valve body, valve stem, valve seat, seals and other components are assembled. Generally use a combination of mechanical processing and manual assembly.

Fourth, the valve test: the assembled valve test, including size, plugging, corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and other tests.

Fifth, cleaning and surface treatment: cleaning of the valve, remove welding slag and other impurities, and surface treatment of the valve, such as polishing, sandblasting, spraying and so on.

Sixth, packaging and storage: the valve is packed, and marked and recorded, stored in the designated warehouse.

The above is the main process of stainless steel gate valve manufacturing, different manufacturers and products may have some details of the differences.
